Step
1: Place your order online using our secure website. Please do not
hesitate to contact us if you have any questions before your order.

Step 2: Print the "Order Confirmation" email you received with your "Order Number". If you do not have a printer you can write your "Order Number" on paper and include it with your shipment.
Step 3: Ship your Parts(s) to the address outlined in your "Order Confirmation" email, using the carrier of your preference. At checkout, the shipping charges are for returning your part. Please note that we do not provide a pre-paid shipping label.
Step 4: Please keep the "Tracking Number" that your carrier gives you so that you can confirm that the package was delivered to us. If your core part can't be rebuilt we will inform you about our preliminary diagnostic. "Diagnostic Charges may apply" and will call and/or email you for a possible fix (If applicable).
Step 5: Once the order has been completed, we will send you a return shipping confirmation via email with the "Tracking Number" information. Turnaround time is approximately 2 or 3 days for Clutch rebuilds "Excluding national holidays". Other parts vary depending on the workshop load.
